Academic success for students is given every possible support at the
This year has seen us implement a new study routine with great success. Our individual study hour begins at
n they have completed their desired workload.
Supervisors are always on hand to offer support and guidance during this time and if a student is experiencing difficulties in any area we often have the use of an experienced tutor. We also recommend for students and parents to communicate any difficulties they are experiencing as we can recommend added support such as the use of Kip McGrath tutoring services which have a local office within walking distance of the college.
Joint study should be completed before the commencement of the individual study hour so as not to disturb other students. Students are not allowed to leave their rooms during study unless to visit the computer room or to talk with the supervisor on duty. If students do not have ‘homework’ then study is recommended or students are asked to do something quietly in their own rooms. Students are not permitted to use their mobile phones or to access their emails or talk on MSN during study.
The daily routine is detailed in our Information Book which can be downloaded for your convenience.
